what happens if I don't pay the phone bill?

About two weeks ago, I went to att store to pay the phone bill and to cancle my account. But I received this another phone bill of $190 from att... What the fuck is this? It is fucking ridiculous. I am going back to Korea for military service. So my question is, after 2 years of military service, Will I have accumulated bills of 2 years that I have to pay or just $190. I FUCKING HATE ATT.

1. It might be a cancellation fee. If you aren't actually using your phone you can make a case with AT&T. If you don't pay your phone bill when you legally have to you could get a ticket and possibly arrested, at least in America.
