how good of a WiFi signal do you need to make a Skype to land line phone call using a iPhone 4 on Verizon or at&t.

2. WiFi signal strength has nothing to do with what you're asking... do you mean how fast of a connection speed? I would not go lower than 1.5Mbps personally.
