no phone DSL Internet problems?

I tried to install ATT wireless and it wouldn't install at all . So I called ATT customer support ,I didn't get none ,zero nada sip,I was refer to a repair service contractor . Now he wanted to put all of my Internet installation on and charge me 15 dollars a month. How can I get high speed internet without a home phone from ATT? and not be charge a high price for h speed internet without a phone? Oh I almost forgot ,also they wanted to charge me 99 dollars to fix or install my wireless no phone needed .OMG I wanted to go a la cheap but he must've saw me coming,If u have any experience with a no phone please let me know how i can connect to. I do have DSL wireless Internet and thanks for any help with this issue
