If i cancel my att plan befor 30 days of use do i have to pay my 1st bill?

what if i lose my phone or get it stolen do i have to pay my 1st bill

1. If you lose your phone or its stolen you are going to have to pay to have the phone replaced. Regardless if you return the phone or you do not return the phone you will be charged for minutes/texts used, but not the full amount of your plan.
2. Yes because they might think your just using the phone and trying to get out if paying it
