What is a good phone for me?

I currently have the samsung impression. I like it alot but i want something new. I have ATT. so no verizon phones! i have been looking into phones like the samsung impression, the new sharp phone, lg quntum, or maybe even the iphone. I really like touch screen with full qwerty keboard. Any phones to recomend? i use my phone mostly to text and get on facebook.
