What is the smallest cell phone in the world?

They have cell phone watches, that look like watches and not huge wrist gizmos. So there should be a tiny cell phone by now. It would be cool to have one the size of a small usb flash card. Just for fun, that uses sim cards. Anyone knows what is the smallest cell phone and where to get it? Spy equipment store or something?
