Whats a good Verizon phone. Good Camera, with Wifi Internet Browsing.?

Im going to buy a phone on ebay used with a good ESN or w/e. I think it needs to be cellular brand CDMA2000 or something. But I dont know i just want to be able to bring it to Verizon and have them make that my phone instead of the one i have now. The contract is up so I should be able to switch phones. I want a phone for under a 100US$, that has a good camera and can do solid video. And i want wifi internet browsing. Im going to buy it used on ebay. Any suggestions?

1. 1. Only Verizon phones can be activated on Verizon, so if it doesn't have a Verizon logo, you can't use it. 2. Only smartphones have WiFi capability, and it will be very hard to find a good, working smartphone for under $100. Good luck though.
