If i hit the turn mobile 3g off on my droid phone and turn on wifi can verizon see the sites i visit or no ?

Can they or no since I'm on my wifi which I'm assuming would mean I'm on a different network which would be mine , not doing anything wrong i was just wondering

1. If you're using WiFi then no, Verizon does not monitor your usage. However, whoever provides the internet service for the Wifi can now see what you're doing. Why do you need Verizon to not see what your downloading anyway?
