how to download myxertones to a LG verizon phone?

I have the venus LG phone from verizon and i cant get myxertones. I downlaod it to my computer then i attach it to an e-mail and send it via a picture message. I recive it and open it, but nothing plays and when i go to options it doesn't say save sound just save picture, but then it says no picture. please help i need my ringtones!

I have an LG new envy and I can use myxertones.i already have actually today. okay, first upload ur sog on myxertones, then edit,or whatever, then after you got the song u want, you press send to phone, then it will tell you to download the song into any file, i put mine in pictures, that way its easy to find, then i go to my email, compose an email, attach the file/song that i saved in pictures, and this is where you send the email to get it to your phone yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com.and when you get the text, you will hear the song and save as a ringtone to your phone.
