wifi phone on verizon with no data package?

Does Verizon have a phone that can pick up WiFi with so you can get on the internet but i do not want to have to pay the thirty dollar a month data package. Is there a phone i can do that with on Verizon?

1. I don't think so. As far as I know, the only phones that Verizon sells which have WiFi are smart phones, and you have to pay for a data plan with all smart phones. Verizon offers two data plans - $15/month for 150MB max data, or $30/month for unlimited.
