Does it cost money to use skype calling on wifi?

So i have an i pod touch, and i downloaded skype, so i was curious.. Does it cost money if you call people on a cell phone using Skype on wifi? The person im trying to call has a PDA with a phone number on it.

1. Depends. If you're calling their home or cell phone, then I think the prices go as usual. But if you skype their computer then no, it's free :) *edit* oops, didn't see you put cell phone. :P I think you still have to pay :-/

3. Yup, if its not their skype account, skype charges for landline or cell phone. However, you can always buy skype credit! Skype to skype is free
4. If you're calling their Skype number, it's free. If it's not a Skype number, you have to have money in your Skype account to do that..
