is it possible to connect your wifi uncapable phone to your home internet connection?

i have the samsung magnet from at&t but its also unable to connect to bluetooth on my computer, its just an ordinary phone with a web browser but i have no internet service from my carrier. i was just wondering is there a hack or something for replacing your cell phone carriers internet to your homes internet connection, i do have a wifi connection set up at my house tho. your answers are very much appreciated.

1. That's about as feasible as tuning into your home wifi network with a transistor radio.
2. mabe if you had a hundred people working on it for a year. otherwise, it's not gonna' happen.
