cell phone plans thats cheap! att or tmobile?

Hey all my plan at ATT is about to be over in a month and I would liek to know which cellphone service provider offer the cheapest plan? My dad makes the contract for 3 ppl atm and we pay approx 110 for ulimited texting and 1500 min with no internet. Now i would like to get an internet and i m thinkign tmobile but can anyone thats in 3 ppl plan tell me how much they pay amonth? Thanks
