LG Wireless Phone

I droped my phone in a kinda deep puddle of water. I dont know what to do!! help please!?

my phone is a LG nV Touch from verizon. I droped it in the water at like 5:30pm. i took the battery out but was stupid enough to only wait a few mins and then out it back in and try out my phone. i took the battery out again and when i got home a blow dried it a little. then i put my phone (with the battery out) into a bowl of rice. i left it in over night. its now 11:30pm, do you think its ok to take my phone out and try it? or leave it in for another night??? Oh and 1 thing i left out. If I get this replaced, it will be my second time replacing it.
