LG phone question i need a battery for an LG slide cell phone?

i need and AT&T LG cell phone battery...# ip-570n Its not an lg shine or chocalate just plain LG SLIDE ive searched the internet and not sure if the ones im finding will work cause they dont have the exact #s...any advice? thanks u il do just that. i had looked and saw the serial number but didnt see the model #..il look again.thanks

1. The phone has a model number/ name more than just "slider". You should look behind the battery for any series of letters/numbers. They may start with an "lx", "gu", "qw", "kv" and be followed by a three or four digit number. Once you find that number visit http://www.phonescoop.com and use their search function to find a picture and name that will identify your phone. Then visit http://cellphoneshop.net and search their battery section for that model number. Batteries there often cost about $14.00 or so. you'll have to pay for shipping, but its cheaper than just about anywhere else. OR Go to the nearest "Batteries PLUS" store and show the phone to them. They will know how to find your model number and may have the battery in stock... OR Go to your local AT&T store and ask them. I know they will know what the model number is and may also know a local source for the battery. Good luck.
