Belkin N1 Wireless Modem-Router Help!?

Hey, i've got a Belkin N1 Wireless Modem-Router and had it for about a year now and recently its had some dificuilties wirelessly. I turn my wifi on on my blackberry and try to scan for networks but it says none found, the "Broadcast SSID" is turned on and when change the name of the SSID or turn the router off then back on it connects to my phone but then it loses connection after about 2 minutes. My SSID had no spaces in and 2 capital letters in but i've never had this problem before, can someone help me? Thanks.

1. test your phone on another router. change the channel of your router 13 or 14 seems to work best for me.
2. It is possible that you have a neighbor using the same channel or you (or your neighbor) have a cordless phone operating in the 2.4 or 5.0ghz ranges. You have 11 channels in the US and 13 in some countries. I am assuming that this happens even though you are standing right next to the router? If so, I'd have to say the router is in trouble and may need replacing.
