Will the Samsung Galaxy Tab WiFi model have Phone capabilities?

There is a WiFi model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab coming out alongside the 3G model, and I'm wondering if anyone knows if the Galaxy Tab WiFI model will contain a phone like the 3G model. Please help, as I'm seriously considering buying it without the phone. Also I live in the U.S., so I'd be getting the U.S. model.

2. Yes, it will have wi-fi and 3G, I know Verizon will be carrying both of them.
