I do not have a phone line with at&t anymore. I have Vonage. When I go to ATT.COM and log into my account there is not an option to pay my bill. I've been to the support page and it asks for my customer ID in order to pay my Phone/Internet Bill. But on my statement there is no customer ID. So can someone help me out on finding out how can I pay my at&t internet bill online? I figured it out, I I figured it out, I There is no way to pay the bill online, if I don't want to be charged a fee to pay the bill I have to talk to the automated voice machine, Took @ least 3 tries but I finally paid it. I might consider getting a cell phone instead of Vonage. Vonage charges 24.99 a month excluding taxes. I don't think there's any type of cell phone carrier that has something cheaper than that.
