my phone company is att...?

i recently activated it. Does this company give me the option to accept or decline inmate calls from north county correctional facility??If i accept will the call go through.

1. Inmate calls are always collect and you get a recorded message asking if you will accept or decline.
2. If u accept the call,yes it will go through,and it will be a collect call and will cost u more than a regular normal charges. most of the time i get this kind of calls ,and every one can get these calls from inmates. i always decline them nd hangup the phone to avoid any charges on my phone bill.
