Spiritually speaking, how do you send an email to ATT customer service? I dare you to find away.?
Yes, I went to att.com. Yes, I am questioning a repair order. IF I COULD CALL THEM I WOULD, although it is next to impossible to get a live person there either. The site asks 'Ask a Question'. I did, and this was the question: "how do i send an email to att customer service? " FIFTY possible questions came up and NOT ONE ADDRESSED CONTACTING ATT!!!!! When I try to sign in, it does not recognize my id and password. When I enter my phone number it says that no such number exists. I DESPISE ATT. I HATE DIRECT TV. Why did I ever leave Time Warner? I was trying to save some money, and I did for one year, until the promotion period was over. I guess the Village Atheist (NOT) can't read. I cannot log in and it is not recognizing my phone number!!!!!!!!! To TheMadProfessor, I almost had hope. Unfortunately f******* ATT does not recognize my phone number. I have addressed this issue TWICE WITH THEM!!!! Landline. If I had a phone to call them I would.

- TIME WARNER FTW!
- Not that tough: http://www.att.com/wireless/contact-us/
- Simplicity itself...type customerservice@att.com in the addy box and hit send. Now, if you want to know how to do so in a manner that actually gets a reply...
- att.com phone number, 1-800-331-0500. By the way, is this for cell or landline? the number I just gave you is for cell. you can also call 611 from your cellphone. if trying to email about your cell, there is a log in link on the att.com. use the username and password you created when you bought the cell, if this is cell related issue. otherwise, look up repair services in your phone book, or on your at&t bill. landline customer service, 1-800-288-2747. use a pay phone.
- If you're provider is ATT just go to one of their stores they should be able to help you.
- AT&T is controlled by aliens who are taking over the world. If you want to talk to a Human just call and leave a message telling them to turn the phone service completely off. Tell them you are just going to use your cel phone. They get real friendly after that.
- I have a bundled account where I have both land line and a pair of cells. I rarely use the land line. I rarely use my cell either, except for trouble calls to ATT, then I write it down to make sure if I lose a phone line I'm not stuck with a problem. Recently last month I had a problem that microsoft was having problems with their software being incompatible with yahoo e-mail software which ATT uses. It happened 3 times in a row because after the first time I called ATT, I knew it was a recurring problem. Cox cable was my favorite, but I don't live in their coverage area so I had to settle for crapy Time -warner, I left them 3 years ago once ATT showed up because TW kept raising my cable bill every month and it would coincide with the removal of a channel that I wanted, but in order to get it after it was removed, would force me to pay for an upgrade to digital just to get something I was able to get with my basic package without paying extra. Sure ATT can be annoying at times, but I prefer that to being ripped off by TW.
