Is verizon 150 mb data plan enough for smart phone? Does WiFi use count as data usage?

Do you think 150 MB plan is enough for a smart phone? Can you use wifi to download apps? Does wifi use count as data usage? What you recommend the HTC droid incredible or Samsung Fascinate?

1. That's not all that much data. Wifi does not count against your 3g data. Apps can be downloaded using wifi and, with only 150mb, you'd be wise to never download unless you're using wifi. Avoid streaming unless you're using wifi. Neither phone impresses me but I'd get the incredible if you put a gun to my head.
2. It depends what sites you visit, how often, and for how long. 150 MB should be enough if you're a casual site surfer, but it won't be enough if you plan web surf every day. And don't think about streaming. WiFi does not count towards your date usage. Between the Fascinate and Incredible, I say go with the Droid Incredible. All the bugs have been worked out of it at this point.
