1. Cheapest? The Nokia C3. It is about 90 Euros, but it should be cheaper than that by now.
2. looking at ebay Nokia C3 is abt $128 the cheapest. AND it doesn't have 3G!! Nokia E51 is much more advanced...and I found it for less than $75 for a used but very good condition
