Verizon phones... which one is best?

I have had the worst luck with cell phones. The ones I've had have always had problems that the cell phone people say they cant fix. They turn themselves off, have horrible battery life, and freeze up. What Verizon phones have you actually had luck with? I am getting a new phone to replace my current LG nV Touch because it's really bad. I have also struggled with the LG Voyager and the LG Chocolate. It must be a Verizon phone because it's a shared plan and I can't get out of it. Please let me know.

1. I am afraid because the best for you may not be the best for me.
