Cheap High Speed Internet In The 55448, Coon Rapids MN Area?

I found this Comcast offer that is up to 15 MBPS for $19.99 but after 6 months it goes up to 42.95 and I don't want that. Also I can't get Qwest because the point of this is to run a wireless router and get magicjack for cheap and with qwest you need a qualifying Phone package

1. $40 is the standard rate for high speed internet because the bandwidth needed for it. Any cheaper and the internet service provider starts losing money. And if you find one that is cheap then the only way they do not lose money is busy signals and dropped connections and reduced internet speeds. Check for ads in the Star Tribune. Ask neighbors what they have for high speed. Find a way to trim a dollar out of your daily expenses.
