It's 2 A.M. Does Verizon Wireless cell phones have free calling?

Okay so I'm having my friend spend the night, and we want to call another one of our friends that has Boost Mobile. I have Verizon Wireless so would it be free to call anyone at this time? I don't want to go over my minutes...
