So a few days ago I got a notification on my LG Cosmos phone telling me to authenticate my phone. I called the number provided, and a voice machine told me that my phone had been 'authenticated'. A few hours later, my phone randomly disallowed me from sending or receiving any texts or calls. When I tried to make a call, a machine on the other line would tell me that "verizon is currently unable to authenticate your phone". Frankly, I have no idea what this means, and it's a real nuisance. My phone will randomly cut off all wireless communication, as if I have no service, even though my account registers as active online. If there are any verizon-savvy techies out there, I'd really appreciate the help. I tried calling the Verizon help system, but after getting hung up on by someone moron, I didn't call again.
