How can i get a new Verizon Wireless phone?
I got my LG Voyager back in the beginning of May. I have insurance on my phone. I was recently on vacation and my phone kept giving me a heat warning as it was VERY hot where I was. The next day when i looked at it on the golf course, the screen appeared to be cracked. I would like to know if I could get a different phone from Verizon Wireless? And what would I have to do to get that? I do not want another Voyager as it might break again.

- You Can Get A New Phone. You Will Either Have To Call Verizon Or Go To verizonwireless.com And Email/Chat With One Of The Employees. Good Luck! I Hope This Helped! :]
- I dont think its the voyagers fault...i think its yours. u need a phone u can throw around... anyway u will have 2 pay full price for another phone...and a fee.
- haha you're so irresponsible. well voyagers arent really delicate or fragile or such so it's pretty muhc your fault. but if you want a new phone then just talk to verizon about it
- The insurance company is suppose to give you the same phone as you currently have, for a $50 deductible. However, I would suggest taking the phone into the store and seeing a tech, and informing him about the issue, and they might give you a new Voyager for free. I doubt this will happen again, I have had my Voyager since they day it came out, and have loved it ever since. If you desperately want a new phone: Call 611 from your mobile handset and ask to speak with the Customer Loyalty Department, once you are connected tell them your issue, tell them that you want a different phone because you are afraid of this happening again. Then tell them that you can buy a new phone for $300 (retail price, because your under contract), Say "I can leave you guys for $175, and then get a nice free phone from AT&T, But, I really like you guys and I want to see if you guys could possibly give me a phone now, if I sign for another year or two." The representative will then discuss this with you. *Remember you will have to sign for another year. Good Luck :)!
