Take LG Voyager back to verizon wireless for Blackberry Storm?

I have heard from numerous people that you can take back your recently purchased phone and get a replacement if you say there is something wrong with it. About a month ago, I got a new phone, the LG Voyager. I would like to take it back and get it fixed but I dont want another voyager. Is there any way to exchange my phone for the BlackBerry Storm? I did just sign up for a new contract also.

1. Well if the phone is less than 30 days old then you can get it replaced with any phone that you want to - take it back and they might fix you up with the Storm IF you met their conditions / formalities...
2. You have 30 days from the day you got your phone to bring it back. I think you can ask them to upgrade you to the Storm, but you may have to pay more for it.
3. If it is within the 30 return policy you can bring back your voyager and exchange it for the storm. If outside of 30 days what people are talking about is having a purchased insurance on their phones and getting a replacement from the insurance company. Even with an insurance replacement you are still going to get the same make and model phone back. So basically, if it's outside of 30 days you are stuck with the voyager unless you want to pay the full retail price to upgrade to the storm.
