LG Wireless Phone

What Type of Verizon Wireless phone should i Get? (Samsung Glyde, LG Voyager, or the LG Dare?)?

You see, i wanted to get a new phone, because now i have the LG VX8350, but i kinda wanted a more fancy phone, does anyone have any positives or negatives about these different phones? i know that the glyde sometimes has some screen crashes, while the voyager is bulky...but if you have any opinions i would like to hear them!

  1. neither. Wait for the blackberry storm. It comes out in only two days and blows the snot out of those wimpy phones. believe me, i have the dare. Wait for the storm or find another phone.
  2. I have the Glyde, my best friend has the Voyager, and my other best friend has the dare. I personally think the Voyager is too big, and you get sick of it after a while. And the dare, my friend always complains that there is no keyboard and the touch screen can get annoying. So i would definitely go with the Glyde. Its small, and has a touch screen + key board. Its everything you need, I haven't had any problems with it. so definitely the Glyde!
  3. I'm not sure what the Samsung Gyde is, but i do know the Voyager, and the Dare. Negatives: The voyager, and the dare are both fairly large phones, unless you like that i would say that is a negative. Posotive: They are both touch screen, so you may have a dilema there. If you aren't sure between the Voyager or the Dare, and you text a lot, i would definately say the Voyager because it flips open with a keyboard. My uncle has the dare, its a pretty cool phone too. If you decide you want neither, I have the env2. I LOVE THAT PHONE. it is the best phone i have ever owned! look into it. (: good luck
  4. get the voyager. thats what im getting. it looks hotter
  5. Jpster, I'm saving up my allowance so I can get a LG VX8350 next month.
  6. The LG Voyager is a nice phone with the down fall of the weight and thickness, as you had said. The Samsung Glyde doesn't have a very good touch screen which completely ruins the point of getting the phone. The Dare is pretty nice although, if you are a fingerprint and scratch freak like me I wouldn't get it. The LG Voyager has V Cast Mobile TV along with the LG Dare. Personally I prefer LG phones, but if you are wanting something that is nice and skinny the Samsung Glyde might be for you. The LG Dare is a nice phone but there are a few problems that I have. I think that having just a touch screen and nothing else seems a little bit too much when you are coming from a non touch screen phone, which is one reason why I recommend the LG Voyager. The Dare also has a learning curve that could take some getting used to. The Voyager is a nice phone and has both a touch screen and a QWERTY keyboard. One of the few things that I wish were added to the phone are being able to use a QWERTY keypad on the touch screen would be a nice feature to add and if they just compacted the keyboard a little more the phone would be so tall. Although with such a large phone the touch screen is very large and roomy. I hope that my opinions and information help you decide a good phone to pick.
