what is rogers wireless? are there phones available in america? in north carolina? is it any good?

1. Rogers wireless is a Canadian wireless company. Their service is only available within Canada, and after personally having used them, I'd say they're alright but there is definitely better for cellular service. Their equivalent of service down in the USA would be AT&T.
