Does verizon cell phone internet include GPS and TV?

I know, It' s getting old, but it still can play youtube and anything like that unlike most Verizon phones,,,, the LG Voyager. I'm getting it pre-paid, verizon told me I can, now you can make almost any phone pre-paid with data plans, but the EnV2 and LG Voyager are the only 2 phones that I like and don't need data plans,,, so anyways... can the LG Voyager play TV if I have unlimited internet? I'm sometimes going to get the internet thing where you pay a dollar any day you choose for unlimited internet for 24HRS but if I do have unlimited internet does that mean I can use the GPS and the mobile TV with that? Thanks!
