How do you sent a picture from IPHONE to another PHONE/CELL?

is there any way to send a picture from the iphone to another cell phone? is there a app for it?

1. only if it's someone that has an iphone, which can be sent to thier e-mail..
2. I don't think so u have to email it.
3. You can send it to a person phone if you know their providers email for pics. For example 1234567890@vzwpix.com (this is for verizon providers) this will allow it to go directly to the phone.
4. You do not need an app to send a picture to another cell phone. Every cell phone has an email address assigned to it based on the carrier. Go into your camera roll and use the function in there to email a photo.
