how to i connect my phone wifi..samsung.?

i have the samsung gt s5560. and my wifi will not connect. my password is in right. i have tryed turning the phone n the internet on n off. but still says no service. even though i have full signel internet bars :S ?? any ideas to why this is? or is you have the same problem how do i fix it please :) xx

1. I would start from the beginning. Go to phone's settings - communication - WiFi and turn WIFI on. When you are asked to connect to the network you will be required to enter a security key (not your router's password). That key is usually set by the the router and is a long character set of letters and numbers, the length depending on the security level. Acces your router settings for wireless to make sure you have the right security key.
