my blackberry phone call cuts out when i receive a text message?

I have a blackberry curve and it constantly cuts out when I'm in a call. I have noticed this seems to happen everytime I receive an sms or bbm or if my wifi disconnects :/ I have good signal when it happens. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how do you resolve it? Thankyou

1. Yes my blackberry is constantly down. I have not solved ANYTHING, I phoned them, they say 'Oh your area has weak reception'. Which isn't true because my iPhone works fine and so does every other phone in the house. I don't know why its called a smart phone, Its pretty dumb for a smart phone.
2. hi dear friend, there is a problem in your phone please contact your service center.may be any hardware problem.
3. Please go to your nearest BlackBerry store and get your phone reinstalled with the software , it seems that this is a software problem.
