Verizon 25 mg data package?

So I'm getting the LG enV touch cell phone from verizon tomorrow, and it requires a minimum 25 mb ($9.99/month) data package... and I was wondering, does that allow you to surf the web? And if so, for how many minutes can you surf the web for with the 25 MB package? I'm kinda of confused =/ Your helps is appreciated!!

1. If you're not getting a data-hungry phone then 25MB should be ok for you. Since a normal mobile web-page, such as Facebook Mobile, MySpace Mobile, Google Mobile, etc. Those kind of pages are around 50KB (which is super small and is way smaller than 1MB, there are 1,024KB's in 1MB) Whereas, a full web-page, such as Yahoo! Answers or Apple's website, then one page is around 200KB. So if you're going to stay on a mobile web-page, a web-page that is formatted for a cell phone, then you should be fine.
