- On a PC, a normal resolution (not HD version) of a video uses about 2MB per minute of video. (1MB of data for every 30 seconds) If the resolution being broadcast to your phone is the same, you could watch about 12 minutes of youtube on your phone. I suspect the resolution broadcast to your phone is less, but I can't tell you for sure. You should be able to check your online account to see the amount of data used - it usually takes 12 to 24 hours for the "statistics" to update, so to find out for sure, check your online account, see how much data you have used, watch a 1 minute video and then go back and check a few hours later, or tomorrow to see how much of your 25 MB you have used. I know that my daughter watches a lot of youtube on her Android phone with Verizon (requires unlimited data plan) and her monthly usage is typically about 5 to 7 GB per month, or more than 200 times your 25MB allowance. I would be *very* careful how much video you watch until you find out for sure. Overages on data charges are VERY expensive - it typically doesn't just "stop working" when you reach your limit.
