to what file format should i pick to convert a video to my lg chocolate cell phone?

im trying to pick from alot of choices.. sum being mpg mp3 mp4 etc... but i dont know which to chose so my cell phone can play it back... its an LG chocolate 3

2. the 3gp format is what you want. their are a couple like 3gp2, 3gpp. but the vidoes i converted are in the 3gp. format. i suggest that one!
