Will Sprint upgrade my old version phone to the new version?

About 10 or 11 months ago I got into a 2 year contract for the new cell phone "LG Lotus". Now they came up with a new upgrade on the phone called the LG Lotus Elite. It's only 29.99 if bought online and it also puts you into a 2 year contract. I really want to upgrade to this phone, but I do not want to pay a fee. Does someone know if they would charge alot or not charge any to get this phone and break my contract? Please help.

1. Unless you are a Sprint Premier customer (which allows an upgrade every 12 months), you will be charged the full price of the phone minus $75.00. You are eligible for a all full upgrade every 22 months (unless Sprint Premier). Since it has only been 10 - 11 months with your current phone, you would be eligible for $75.00 off the full price of a new phone. To break your contract, you may be looking at $200.
