I need help FAST! How to get cell phone cover off a LG Xenon GR500?

I can't get the phone cover off! It won't come off and I don't wanna break my phone, it froze up on me while I was trying to send a message and now I need to take the SIM card out and put it back in again but I can't get the cover off? Please help!
