what do you when you drop your cell in the toilet?

well i have a Chocolate phone from Verizon Wireless and it slipped and fell in the toilet. i put it in a container of rice and i checked it in about an hour later after the inccendent. i turned it on than the phone started acting really spazzy. what should i do?
