Can att go phones call other att phones for free?

I keep going over my minutes because my boyfriend does not currently have a plan and he uses his friends nextel phone to call me. If he gets an att go phone will he be able to call me and not have to pay for the minutes like he could if her were to have a regular wireless plan with att? Basically, would him calling my att phone from his att go phone be considered mobile to mobile?

2. Depends on the go phone plane. For the pay as you go plans, if you're on the simple rate plan (25 cents per minute no matter who you call) then you don't have mobile to mobile. The other plan that costs $1 per day (only charged on the days that you use it) and 10 cents per minute gives you unlimited mobile to mobile calling for free.
