best cell phone company to go with (want to keep the same number)?

I have us cellular right now. But I'm on some else's plan. I want to get a two phone plan. I live in southern oregon. I want something with free incoming calls, nights and weekends (nights starting a 7) and like 500+ texts. What the best? There's Verizon Wireless, AT&T, US Cellular,and Sprint

1. Check if Boost mobile is offered there. Its unlimited everything for 50 bucks.
2. Tmobile...free incoming is only offered from nextel/sprint as far as I know of.
