What is the best mp3 player phone for t-mobile?

I want to get a phone that can hold mp3 songs on my phone so I can replace my phone and mp3 player into one device. I prefer to be able to rip my cd's onto the phone. I would also like to have wifi email. I was looking at the blackberry 8820 and the shadow. what would be the best phone for around $200 on ebay?
