LG Wireless Phone

What is the best PDA (not phone!) with WiFi and/or MS Office capabilities?

First of all, I have absolutely no knowledge of PDAs or what usually comes with them, software wise. I don't even know where to start to search! I'm thinking of buying one that can hold Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files on it and has WiFi (Bluetooth is not a necessity or priority). The main reason I need one is for school; most of my classes have Powerpoint lectures, and it's too much of a hassle to use my laptop during class. So basically, I'm looking for a PDA (not a phone!) that can hold MS Office files, has WiFi capabilities, and is no more than $300 (if you know of one that is over that price, tell me about it anyway).
