What is the best phone for the verizon network?

I would like a full keyboard for texting, like the envy, but would also like it to be wifi enabled. Not looking for an expensive data plan just a quick texting phone with wifi. If verizon allows non-verizon phones is the google phone a good option? the blackberry storm does not have wifi
