Best touchscreen phone with wifi capability for AT&T?

Which is the best touchscreen phone with wifi capability for AT&T (or any other quad band unlocked) next to Apple iPhone? I guess no touch screen could match iPhone's touchscreen sensitivity. was wondering which would be the closest.

1. If you know nothing can match iPhone then why don't you get the best one. From 1 to 10 all the spot are captured by iPhone. I will give no.11 to Black Berry Storm 2 but its on Verizon. No.12 Palm Pre All other phones are just ordinary ones.BB,Apple and Palm these three are best in Smartphones/pocket computer HTC,Nokia,Motorola are good in semi smarphones (loaded with features but lack on performance) Samsung,LG- good at simple phones. (gives good value for money )
