For an att go phone, does 'mobile to mobile mean to cingular phones too?

i have a go phone and im not sure if it will work if i call my friend using a normal cingular phone

1. Mobile to Mobile means you can call anybody that has the same carrier as you. Like you calling somebody that has AT&T and you have AT&T also. Yeah it will work, and mobile to mobile is great because free minutes. Email me if you got any ?s
2. Yes it does mean Cingular as well, AT&T bought Cingular...hope this helps!
