Are the cell phones Verizon LG Env3 1900 unlimited text?

I wanted to know..I asked my mom and she wont tell me so Can somebody tell me? is it unlimited or not?.. or it depends??..is it just unlimited on talks...?..not on texting??..

Cell phones do not have any of that stuff by themselves. it doesnt matter which fone u get. it matters what plan u get. you must buy a plan and that plan, depending on how much u pay, will hav a certain amount of texts and minuts so it really depends on how much u wanmt to pay. go to verizon.com for more info about the plan
