How can I find a att phone without signing a contract?

I have a contract with att and I want to get a new phone.. The only way I can find to get one is signing a new contract and I dont want to do that.. Can anyone help me out with websites to do this? I just want to buy a phone without spending 100s of dollars. LOL I havent had much luck and I dont really like ebay. Thanks so much.

1. Use the google. You need either an AT&T phone or an unlocked phone.
2. ebay is the safest place however you can look up on craigslist.com. Pick you state then pick your city or one that is close to it. GO to cell phones and search for at&t or the name of the phone you want. They are local people selling phones.
