How do I change my LG cell phone from diverting my calls straight to voice mail?

I haven't been able to find where to change that option. Ima non-techno-savvy gramma. =(

If your Phone isn't ringing and all Your calls are going straight t voice mail then there may be a problem with your service. can you make an outgoing call? if not, turn your phone off. take the battery out and cunt to 20. then put it back together and turn it on. try t make a call now. if Your calls are still going to voice mail, then call your service provider from a different phone and have technical support help you troubleshoot it. god luck!
2. Call your cell phone company and the service representative will help you. They deal with people who don't understand the new technology all the time. They should be patient, if they aren't call back and talk to a different one. They have a book right in front of them with all the problems and solutions and will walk you through it.
